DELIVERY & RETURNS
We take great care to ensure the quality of our handmade cards and gifts. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (this does not apply to specifically made-to-order or personalised items unless faulty), you may request a return by emailing us at email@example.com. Please provide your name, address, and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the return process.
All items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Products that are personalised or made to your specifications are non-returnable.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorisation. After receiving approval, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If the return is for a replacement, any new items are subject to standard shipping fees, current at the time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full or partial refund. Don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com for any refund queries.
Lost or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty product or your item is damaged in transit, please inform us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then instruct you on how to send the product back to us. Once we receive the faulty goods, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent. Refunds will generally be processed to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within seven working days of receipt, or a replacement will be provided where agreed. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The seller should assume the contract is terminated if the item is lost in transit and refund or deliver the same item if proven otherwise.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being confirmed. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you within this period. Cards are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days and posted by Royal Mail. Personalised cards and gifts can be shipped within 3-5 working days.
Shipping rates are based on your order's total weight and dimensions and will be calculated and applied automatically at the checkout.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your order to be delivered. These delivery estimates are for the mainland UK only. Please allow additional days for islands and overseas (incl. Channel Islands). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information (if applicable). We reserve the right to alter or change our delivery service anytime.
