Users can create and/or upload content, including but not limited to birthday messages, names, or personalised messages for greeting cards on the Website. Users are expected to hold necessary permissions for any uploaded content and must ensure not to infringe upon copyright or other laws. Any violation of these guidelines could lead to the termination of the User's access to the Website and its services.
Orders
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order with Heart in Creation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You are responsible for checking the details of your order before submitting it.

Once you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that your order has yet to be accepted. We will only accept your order once we have processed it and dispatched the goods.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. You can cancel your order or wait for the item to be back in stock.

If we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, we will cancel your order.

If we identify a pricing or product description error, we will contact you to let you know. You can cancel your order or accept the corrected price or product description.

If you do not meet any of the order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions, we will cancel your order.
We reserve the right to reject any order at any time.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to your data.
Payment Terms
Payment for all orders is at the point of despatch. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct when entering the information into the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered with the delivery cost. We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under the law, you must:

Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. If you want to exercise your right to cancel this contract before the order is despatched, please get in touch with us at info@heartincreation.com. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure in the Delivery and Returns Policy.
